What is the dress code at Pee Dee Community Fellowship?
But the LORD said to Samuel, "Do not consider his appearance or his height, for I have rejected him. The LORD does not look at the things man looks at. Man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart." ~ 1 Samuel 16:7 (NIV)

What types of messages will I hear on Sunday mornings?
Designed to be relevant to your daily life, you will hear messages that you can put into practice the rest of the week! Our Talks N' Thoughts offer more than just information -- they give you a helping hand to live your life God's way today. Why is there no "altar call" at the end of the service?
We have an invitation rather than an altar call at the end of the service. The lead pastor will have a prayer at the end of the service for those who want to become Christ Followers. However, a public profession of faith was always done by baptism in the New Testament and is the way at PDCF.Why aren't many people taking their Bibles into the services?
We do encourage people to bring Bibles to the service, but many of the people who are attending PDCF have never been to church or do not own a Bible. We provide all Scripture references on a message outline and projected screens during the service. We also give away free Bibles in the lobby for those who need them. How do I become a part of PDCF?
The first step we encourage our guests to take is engaging in an informal gathering called "Chat With The Chapmans." This is a time when you can meet some of our Leadership Team and talk with us.
You can easily unite with the vision of PDCF - or just find out more about us - in a special information time called "Purpose (Turn 1)."
Watch for announcements giving the dates and times for both of these events.
What is the style of music at Pee Dee Community Fellowship?
The music we use is relevant to the culture in which we live. Just as hymns were used in the 1800s to bring people to the church, so do today's new songs. We sing what we call "heart songs". Just as hymns sing about God - we sing to God. There are no such things as Christian songs…only Christian lyrics. We at PDCF will use all types of music from Country to Top 40, based upon the lyrics that have spiritual meaning. The music on Sunday morning will always be exciting, uplifting and relevant for the times in which we live.Sing to the LORD a new song; sing to the LORD, all the earth. ~ Psalm 96:1 (NIV)
Sing to him a new song; play skillfully, and shout for joy. ~ Psalm 33:33 (NIV)
